01Where are you right now?

Two starting points. One plan.

Tell me where you are and I'll tell you what comes next. You won't get a script or a sales pitch from me.

Path one

I'm buying my first home.

You've heard a hundred opinions. Let's get you real numbers for your situation.

  • Understanding your potential cash to close before touring a single home is the expert way to buy. If you don't know a lender, I'm happy to refer you to a good one.
  • Know the difference between asking the seller for credits to lower the cash you bring to closing, or putting those credits toward a rate buydown.
  • I can help you understand loan estimates, and how to shop two or three lenders side by side, so you have the information needed to make the best decision for you.

Path two

I'm moving up, investing, or selling.

You've done this before. You want an agent who handles the details so the timing works.

  • Pricing built from recent sales near you, with no guesswork. Put your listing on the market with confidence.
  • Buy and sell at the same time with closing dates that line up, and a plan to make your move as seamless as possible.
  • Check the numbers on a rental or investment before you commit.
02Realtor with lending experience

Yes, I check the top cabinets too.

I know what happens after you say yes to a house.

I spent eight years as a mortgage loan officer before I became an agent. That means I can provide expert insight on loan programs ensuring your lender is taking care of you, teach you the best way to shop for a great deal, and connect you with lenders who you can trust are great at what they do!

  • Loan estimates, decodedI read every line with you, flag the fees worth questioning, and ensure you understand how much you're being charged for your rate.
  • Price drop or seller credit?Sometimes asking a seller to pay for a temporary/permanent buydown saves you more than a lower purchase price. We can explore all options.
  • Money do's and don'tsWhat to avoid before and during escrow so your approval holds, from new credit cards to big transfers.
  • Underwriting, ahead of timeI spot the issues underwriters ask about and help you get the documents ready early.
03About Brian

Drakeo, head of client relations.

Seventeen years in Portland. Still finding new favorite streets.

I pivoted into real estate to work with people face to face, building stronger relationships: walking homes with them, talking through offers at the kitchen table, and handing over the keys to accomplishing their dreams. In 2025, Move Real Estate named me Rookie of the Year.

Outside of work you'll find me in the gym, being a foodie with friends, or playing with my dog, Drakeo. I coached high school basketball at Parkrose from 2016 to 2024. I spent seven seasons getting players ready for what was coming, and I do the same for my clients.

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. Brian was very helpful. His knowledge of the process, beginning to end, and his connections to resources were invaluable. I was able to make a thoughtful decision and have all the details. Brian brings clarity, details, and strategy. He doesn't just try to close a deal; he works to understand my goals while being patient, responsive, and thorough. He laid out the pros and cons without sugarcoating anything and advocated for me as if it were his purchase. If you're looking for someone to go beyond the listing and make your dreams a reality, choose Brian.

We recently purchased our first home, and working with Brian made the entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. He was not only genuine, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, but his prior experience as a broker was a huge asset as he helped us navigate some of the more complex lender and brokerage steps along the way. Brian went above and beyond, always available for late-night calls, last-minute questions, and quick updates via text or phone. We always felt supported and informed. Moving forward, Brian will be the only realtor we work with — we can’t recommend him highly enough!
